Yosef Mark
Yosef Mark has extensive experience in representing and advising, start-ups, high-tech, biotech and pharma companies in all areas of their operations, ranging from incorporation, corporate and financing transactions (including equity investments, debt financing and mergers and acquisitions); commercial transactions and agreements (including distribution, supply, reseller, manufacturing, consulting, master service, collaboration, joint venture, services, licensing, clinical trial, safety, pharmacovigilance agreements); as well as general corporate governance and employment related matters.
Prior to joining Amir M. Gruber, Attorneys @ Law, Yosef worked in the legal departments of an international medical device company and an international high-tech company. Preceding this, Yosef was a partner in the Corporate and Licensing Department at the law firm of Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz.
Yosef is admitted to practice in NY (2006) and Israel (2007). He holds an LL.M from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2011), a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School (2004) and a B.Sc. (cum laude) in Psychology from Brooklyn College (1999).
